Main Shipping Terms
- FREE economy shipping on orders of $300 USD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada & US excluding remote & difficult to serve locations.
- Orders below $300 are subject to a $5.00 USD economy shipping fee in Canada, $10.00 USD economy shipping fee in United States and $20.00 USD economy shipping fee for all international shipping.
- Your order is guaranteed to ship out within 48 hours once the order received sucessfully.
- All orders require up to 48 hours of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.

- Within Canada: 1-3 Business days
- United States: 2-4 business days
- International: 4-7 business days
- Our standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada & US (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $300 unless otherwise noted. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Rockyelk.com ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping.
- Our goal Rockyelk.com at is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. Due to the handmade/handselected nature of our products, we accept returns of unopened and unused products up to 7 days after the date of receiving the product(s). Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from United States and all other international locations.
- As our products are consumed, our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof(s) of unopened/unused condition requested by our customer service team.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
